दत्तचक्षुरिवाकाशे पश्यामि विमृशामि च । प्रज्ञानवचनाद्यो5यमुपदेशो हि मे कृत:,आपने मुझे यह उपदेश क्या दिया, अन्धेको आँख दे दी। आपके इस ज्ञानमय वचनको सुनकर मैं आकाशकी ओर देखता और कर्तव्यका विचार करता हूँ
dattacakṣur ivākāśe paśyāmi vimṛśāmi ca | prajñānavacanād yo ’yam upadeśo hi me kṛtaḥ ||
Wika ng Brahmana: “Para bang binigyan mo ng paningin ang isang bulag. Nang marinig ko ang aral na ito—na isinilang mula sa matalino at mapanuring pananalita—ngayon ay wari’y tumitingala ako sa maluwang na langit at pinagninilayan kung ano ang nararapat gawin.”
