Educational Q&A

Peace in the world is sought through humble supplication and the collective moral-spiritual effort of the righteous—humans, sages, and gods—aimed at winning divine grace for the welfare of all beings.

Arjuna addresses a revered ‘boon-giver’ and urges swift propitiation of the Lord, invoking the support of gods and great seers, with the explicit aim that universal peace be restored without delay.
