निमेषमात्रमपि हि वयो गच्छन्न तिष्ठति । स्वशरीरेष्वनित्येषु नित्यं किमनुचिन्तयेत्‌

nimeṣamātram api hi vayo gacchan na tiṣṭhati | svaśarīreṣv anityeṣu nityaṃ kim anucintayet |

Wika ni Nārada: “Kahit sa isang kisap-mata, ang buhay ay hindi tumitigil; patuloy itong umaagos. Kung ang sariling katawan ay di-mananatili, ano sa mundong ito ang dapat pag-isipan na para bang walang hanggan?”
