Agni–Soma Origin and the Brahmāgnīṣomīya Doctrine
अनपत्यो5भवत् प्राणो दुर्धर्ष: शत्रुतापन: । पृथक् कर्माणि तेषां ते प्रवक्ष्यामि यथातथम्
anapatyo 'bhavat prāṇo durdharṣaḥ śatrutāpanaḥ | pṛthak karmāṇi teṣāṃ te pravakṣyāmi yathātatham ||
Wika ni Bhishma: “Walang supling si Prāṇa; siya’y di-madadaig at tagapagpahirap sa mga kaaway. Magkakahiwalay ang mga gawain ng bawat isa—isasalaysay ko sa iyo ang lahat nang tumpak ayon sa tunay na kalagayan.”
