Transliteration

atoḍaṇyathā vartamāno rājā prāpnoti kilbiṣam

Translation

Sinabi ni Vyāsa: Ang haring kumikilos nang salungat sa wastong pagpipigil at disiplina—na namumuno sa maling paraan—ay nagkakamit ng kasalanan at kapintasan. Ang kapangyarihang hari ay may pananagutang moral: ang paglihis sa matuwid na pamamahala ay nagbubunga ng pananagutan, hindi ng karangalan.
