यदाज्ञानेन कुर्वीत गुणसर्ग पुन: पुन: । यदा55त्मानं न जानीते तदा5$5त्मापि न मुच्यते,परंतु वह जबतक अज्ञानवश बारंबार गुणोंका संसर्ग करता और अपने असंगस्वरूपको नहीं जानता है, तबतक उसकी मुक्ति नहीं होती है
yad ajñānena kurvīta guṇa-saṅgaṃ punaḥ punaḥ | yadā ātmānaṃ na jānīte tadā ātmāpi na mucyate ||
Wika ni Yājñavalkya: “Hangga’t ang tao, dahil sa kamangmangan, ay paulit-ulit na napapasangkot sa pakikisalamuha sa mga guṇa at hindi nakikilala ang Sarili bilang hindi nakakapit, hindi sumisibol ang paglaya para sa Sariling iyon.”
