दर्शैश्न पूर्णमासैश्न चातुर्मास्यै: पुनः पुन: । अयजद्धयमेधेन सहसत्रं परिवत्सरान्
darśaiś ca pūrṇamāsaiś ca cāturmāsyaiḥ punaḥ punaḥ | ayajadd hayamedhena sahasraṁ parivatsarān ||
Wika ni Vāyu: “Paulit-ulit niyang isinagawa ang mga handog sa bagong buwan at kabilugan ng buwan, gayundin ang mga ritong Cāturmāsya ayon sa panahon; at sa loob ng isang libong taon ay patuloy niyang inihahandog ang sakripisyong Aśvamedha.”
