निरन्तरविशेषास्ते बहुमानावमानयो: । अब उनके यहाँ वर्णसंकर संतानें होने लगी हैं। किसीमें पवित्रता नहीं रह गयी है। जो वेदोंके विद्वान ब्राह्मण हैं और जो स्पष्ट ही वेदकी एक ऋचा भी नहीं जानते हैं

nirantaraviśeṣās te bahumānāvamānayoḥ |

Wika ni Śakra: “Sa kanila, wala nang matatag na pagtanaw sa pagkakaiba sa pagitan ng paggalang at paghamak. Sa kanilang lipunan, nagsisimula nang lumitaw ang magkahalong at magulong lahi; hindi na napangangalagaan ang kadalisayan. Hindi nakikita ng mga Daitya ang kaibhan sa pagitan ng isang Brāhmaṇa na dalubhasa sa mga Veda at ng isa na ni isang ṛc man mula sa Veda ay hindi alam; kaya sa pagbibigay-galang o sa paglalait, wala rin silang anumang pagkakaiba.”
