Transliteration

śakra uvāca | yatrādadaḥ sahasrāṇi ayutānāṃ gavāṃ daśa | anantaraṃ sahasreṇa tadā āsīd daitya kā matiḥ ||

Translation

Wika ni Śakra: “Nang ikaw ay paulit-ulit na namimigay ng libu-libong handog—bawat handog ay binubuo ng sampung ayuta ng mga baka—at saka muling sinundan pa ng sunod-sunod na libu-libo, O Daitya, ano ang kalagayan ng iyong isip noon? Anong mga pag-iisip ang umusbong sa iyo habang isinasagawa mo ang gayong napakalawak na pagbibigay sa sakripisyo?”
