ततो ददर्श स बलिं खरवेषेण संवृतम्‌ । यथा<55ख्यातं भगवता शून्यागारकृतालयम्‌

tato dadarśa sa baliṃ kharaveṣeṇa saṃvṛtam | yathākhyātaṃ bhagavatā śūnyāgārakṛtālayam ||

Pagkaraan, nakita niya si Haring Bali, na nagkubli sa anyo ng isang asno. Gaya ng sinabi ng Mapalad na Panginoon, si Bali ay naninirahan sa isang bahay na walang laman—nanahan sa isang tiwangwang na pook, nakatago sa paningin.
