चन्दनागुरुमुख्यानि त्वक्पत्राणां वनानि च । तस्मिन्‌ पथि महाराज सेवमानो द्रुतं ययौ

Transliteration

candana-aguru-mukhyāni tvak-patrāṇāṁ vanāni ca | tasmin pathi mahārāja sevamāno drutaṁ yayau |

Translation

Sinabi ni Bhishma: “O dakilang hari, sa kahabaan ng daang iyon ay may mga kakahuyan ng punong bay-leaf, na doo’y nangingibabaw ang punong sandalwood at agaru (agarwood). Habang nagpapahinga sa mga iyon sa kanyang paglalakbay, nagpatuloy siya nang mabilis pasulong.”
