Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvaṇi āpaddharmaparvaṇi tapaḥ-praśaṃsāyām ekaṣaṣṭy-adhika-śatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

Kaya, sa Śrī Mahābhārata, sa loob ng Śānti Parvan—lalo na sa bahaging Āpaddharma Parvan (asal at gawi sa panahon ng kagipitan)—nagtatapos ang ika-161 na kabanata, na inialay sa pagpupuri sa tapas (pagpapakasakit at disiplina).
