त्वया हि वाच्यमानो<हं जहां प्राणान्‌ सबान्धव: । विश्रम्भो हि बुधैर्दृष्टो मद्विधेषु मनस्विषु

Transliteration

tvayā hi vācyamāno 'haṃ jahāṃ prāṇān sabāndhavaḥ | viśrambho hi budhair dṛṣṭo madvidheṣu manasviṣu ||

Translation

Wika ni Lomaśa: “Kung ikaw ay mag-uutos lamang, maihahandog ko kahit ang aking buhay para sa iyo, kasama ang aking mga kamag-anak. Sapagkat nasaksihan ng marurunong na ang mga taong may matatag na loob na gaya ko ay karapat-dapat pagtiwalaan; ang pagtitiwalang ibinibigay sa gayong tao ay hindi nasasayang.”
