Āpad-dharma and Discernment in Livelihood (आपद्धर्मे विज्ञानबलम्)
सतं विदित्वा ब्रद्मर्षियममागतमोजसा । प्राउजलि: प्रयतो भूत्वा उपविष्टस्तपोधन:,ब्रह्मर्षि गौतमने वहाँ आये हुए यमराजको उनके तेजसे ही जान लिया। फिर वे तपोधन मुनि हाथ जोड़ संयतचित्त हो उनके पास जा बैठे
sataṁ viditvā brahmarṣiyamam āgatam ojasā | prāñjaliḥ prayato bhūtvā upaviṣṭas tapodhanaḥ ||
Nakilala ni Brahmarishi Gautama, sa mismong ningning ng dumating, na iyon ay si Yama. Pagkaraan, ang muning may yaman ng tapas ay nagpakahinahon, nag-anjali (magkapatong ang mga palad) bilang paggalang, at umupo sa tabi niya.
