आख्यातवानहं तेभ्यस्तदा कुशलिनं नृपम् । तच्चैव सर्वमाचक्ष॑ यन्मां दुर्योधनो5ब्रवीत्
ākhyātavān ahaṃ tebhyaḥ tadā kuśalinaṃ nṛpam | tac caiva sarvam ācakṣaṃ yan māṃ duryodhano 'bravīt |
Noon ay ipinaalam ko sa kanila na ang hari ay ligtas at nasa mabuting kalagayan. At isinalaysay ko sa kanila nang buo ang lahat ng sinabi sa akin ni Duryodhana.
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights the ethical duty of a messenger or witness to convey information faithfully—reporting both the king’s welfare and the exact words spoken, without distortion.
Sañjaya narrates that he informed a group (tebhyaḥ) that the king was unharmed and then relayed, in full, the message Duryodhana had communicated to him.
