अध्याय ९ — दुर्योधनस्य अन्त्यावस्था, विलापः, तथा सौप्तिक-प्रतिवृत्तम्
Duryodhana’s Final Condition, Lamentation, and the Night’s Report
वयमेव त्रयो राजन् गच्छन्तं परमां गतिम्
vayameva trayo rājan gacchantaṃ paramāṃ gatim |
Wika ni Sañjaya: “O Hari, habang ikaw ay patungo sa pinakamataas na kalagayan, kaming tatlo lamang ang hindi sumusunod sa iyong likuran. Dahil dito, mawawalan kami kapwa ng langit at ng ginhawang makamundo; aalalahanin namin ang iyong mga kabutihang nagawa at araw-gabi kaming masusunog sa apoy ng dalamhati.”
