तत्रालसा मनुष्याणां ये भवन्त्यमनस्विन: । उत्थान ते विगर्हन्ति प्राज्ञानां तन्न रोचते,मनुष्योंमें जो आलसी और मनपर काबू न रखनेवाले होते हैं, वे पुरुषार्थकी निन्‍दा करते हैं। परंतु विद्वानोंको यह बात अच्छी नहीं लगती

Transliteration

tatrālasā manuṣyāṇāṃ ye bhavanty amanāsvinaḥ | utthānaṃ te vigarhanti prājñānāṃ tan na rocate ||

Translation

Dito, ang mga taong tamad at walang pagpipigil sa isip ay nilalait ang pagsisikap at layuning pagkilos. Ngunit ang gayong paghamak sa pagpupunyagi ay hindi kinalulugdan ng marurunong.
