तस्मिन्नुपरते शब्दे भीमसेनो<ब्रवीदिदम् । प्रगृह्म रुचिरं दिव्यं भुजं चन्दनचर्चितम्,वह कोलाहल शान्त होनेपर भीमसेन अपनी चन्दनचर्चित सुन्दर दिव्य भुजा उठाकर इस प्रकार बोले
tasminn uparate śabde bhīmaseno 'bravīd idam | pragṛhya ruciraṃ divyaṃ bhujaṃ candanacarcitam ||
Nang humupa ang kaguluhan, itinaas ni Bhīmasena ang kanyang magandang, maningning na bisig na pinahiran ng paste ng sandalwood, at nagsalita ng ganito—hudyat na haharap siya sa kapulungan nang may matinding paninindigan at galit na alang-alang sa dharma sa naganap na pangyayari.
