Vaiśravaṇa-sabhā-varṇanam
Description of Kubera’s Assembly Hall
सदा भगवती लक्ष्मीस्तत्रैव नलकूबर: । अहं च बहुशस्तस्यां भवन्त्यन्ये च मद्विधा:,धन-सम्पत्तिकी अधिष्ठात्री देवी भगवती लक्ष्मी, नलकूबर, मैं तथा मेरे-जैसे और भी बहुत-से लोग प्राय: उस सभामें उपस्थित होते हैं
sadā bhagavatī lakṣmīs tatraiva nalakūbaraḥ | ahaṃ ca bahuśas tasyāṃ bhavanty anye ca madvidhāḥ ||
Wika ni Nārada: “Sa mismong bulwagang iyon, laging naroroon ang kagalang-galang na diyosang si Lakṣmī; naroon din si Nalakūbara. Ako man ay paulit-ulit na dumarating doon, at marami pang iba na tulad ko ang gayundin ay nagpapakita roon.”
नारद उवाच
Prosperity and grandeur are portrayed as enduring when aligned with auspicious divine presence (Lakṣmī) and the attendance of elevated beings; splendor is not only wealth but also sanctified order and merit.
Nārada describes the extraordinary nature of the sabhā by stating that Lakṣmī is constantly there, along with Nalakūbara, and that he himself and many similar celestial visitors frequently appear in that hall.
