मय उवाच युक्तमेतत्‌ त्वयि विभो यथा55त्थ पुरुषर्षभ । प्रीतिपूर्वमहं किंचित्‌ कर्तुमिच्छामि भारत

Transliteration

maya uvāca yuktam etat tvayi vibho yathāttha puruṣarṣabha | prītipūrvam ahaṃ kiñcit kartum icchāmi bhārata ||

Translation

Wika ni Maya: “O Panginoon, O pinakamainam sa mga tao, ang sinabi mo ay tunay na angkop sa isang tulad mo. Ngunit, O Bhārata, dahil sa pag-ibig at paggalang, nais kong gumawa ng isang bagay—isang munting paglilingkod—para sa iyo.”
