संजातप्रत्ययो$तीव वीक्ष्य चैवं पुनः पुन: । प्रशशंस नरव्यात्रावुभी माधवपाण्डवौ
sañjātapratyayo ’tīva vīkṣya caivaṁ punaḥ punaḥ | praśaśaṁsa naravyāghrāv ubhī mādhavapāṇḍavau ||
Pagkatitig nang paulit-ulit, lalo siyang napuno ng matinding katiyakan. Pagkaraan, masaganang pinuri niya ang dalawang bayani—si Mādhava (Kṛṣṇa) at ang Pāṇḍava (Arjuna)—na tila mga tigre sa hanay ng tao. Ang katiyakang ito’y nag-ugat sa pagkakita kay Karṇa na napatay kasama ang kanyang anak at sa pagkilala sa mapagpasiyang bunga ng labanan na wari’y ginabayan ng banal na kalooban, kaya’t kinilala niya ang kagitingang nakaayon sa mas malawak na kaayusang dharma ng digmaan.
संयज उवाच
