अपराल्ने5पराह्नो5स्य सूतपुत्रस्य मारिष | छिन्नमञज्जलिकेनाजौ सोत्सेधमपतच्छिर:

Transliteration

aparāhṇe 'parāhṇo 'sya sūtaputrasya māriṣa | chinnam añjalikena ājau sotsedham apatach chiraḥ ||

Translation

Wika ni Sañjaya: “O kagalang-galang! Sa huling bahagi ng hapon, sa labanan, ang ulo ni Karṇa—anak ng tagapagmaneho ng karwahe—ay naputol ng palasong Añjalika at bumagsak sa lupa kasama ang naputol na bahagi.”
