saṅkrāntabhoga iva lelihāno mahoragaḥ krodhaviṣaṃ sisakṣuḥ | nivṛtya pāñcālajam abhyavidhyat tribhiḥ śaraiḥ sārathim asya ṣaḍbhiḥ ||
Wika ni Sañjaya: Gaya ng isang dambuhalang ahas na dila nang dila—wari’y nayurakan at ngayo’y ibig iluwa ang lason ng poot—bumalik si Citraseṇa at tinamaan ng tatlong palaso ang prinsipe ng Pāñcāla, at anim naman ang kaniyang tagapagmaneho ng karwahe.
