तथार्दितान् भीमबलान् भीमसेनेन भारत । दृष्टवा दुर्योधनो राजा इदं वचनमब्रवीत्,भरतनन्दन! भयंकर बलशाली अपने सैनिकोंको भीमसेनके द्वारा इस प्रकार पीड़ित देखकर राजा दुर्योधनने उनसे निम्नांकित वचन कहा
tathārditān bhīmabalān bhīmasenena bhārata | dṛṣṭvā duryodhano rājā idaṃ vacanam abravīt bharatanandana ||
Sinabi ni Sañjaya: “O Bhārata, nang makita ni Haring Duryodhana na ang sarili niyang matatapang na hukbo ay gayong pinahihirapan ni Bhīmasena, sinabi niya ang mga salitang ito, O ligaya ng angkan ng Bharata.”
