दुःशासनवधः (Duḥśāsana-vadha) — Bhīma’s vow-fulfillment in combat
इति श्रीमहाभारते कर्णपर्वणि संकुलयुद्धे द्विषष्टितमो5ध्याय:
iti śrīmahābhārate karṇaparvaṇi saṅkulayuddhe dviṣaṣṭitamo 'dhyāyaḥ
Sa gayon, sa Śrī Mahābhārata, sa loob ng Karṇa Parva, sa bahaging naglalarawan ng magulo at siksik na labanan, nagwakas ang ika-animnapu’t dalawang kabanata.
संजय उवाच
This is a colophon marking the end of a chapter. Its implicit teaching is that even amid the moral confusion of war (saṅkula-yuddha), events are to be recorded with clarity and order, supporting reflection on dharma and responsibility.
The verse does not advance the plot; it formally closes the sixty-second chapter of the Karṇa Parva, identifying the setting as the tumultuous, entangled battle.
