अर्जुनस्य शीघ्रप्रयाणं भीम-शकुनियुद्धं च
Arjuna’s Rapid Advance and the Bhīma–Śakuni Encounter
वर्तमाने तथा रौद्रे संग्रामे5द्भुतदर्शने
sañjaya uvāca | vartamāne tathā raudre saṅgrāme ’dbhuta-darśane | tadānyato vijayī vīraḥ śreṣṭho ’rjunaḥ senā-madhyabhāge bahūn saṃsaptakān saṃhatya bhagavantaṃ śrīkṛṣṇaṃ pratyuvāca ||
Sinabi ni Sañjaya: Habang nagngangalit pa ang kakila-kilabot na digmaan—malupit sa bagsik at kahanga-hanga sa masdan—sa kabilang panig, si Arjuna, ang nagwaging bayani at pinakadakila sa mga mandirigma, matapos pumatay ng marami sa mga Saṃsaptaka sa gitna mismo ng hukbo, ay nagsalita sa Mapalad na Panginoong Śrī Kṛṣṇa.
