Yudhiṣṭhira’s Reproach to Dhanaṃjaya
सस्नुस्तस्यां पपुश्नास्यां मम्लुश्न भरतर्षभ । उन सबके शरीर रक्तसे रँग गये थे। कवच
sa-snusta-stasyāṃ papuśnās-yāṃ mamluśna bharatarṣabha |
Wika ni Sañjaya: “O bantog sa angkan ng mga Bharata, naligo sila sa agos na iyon at uminom pa mula roon; ang kanilang mga katawan ay nabahiran ng dugo. Maging ang baluti, mga sandata, at kasuotan ay naging mapulang-mapula. Maraming mandirigma ang naglinis ng sarili roon, marami ang di namamalayang nakalunok ng mga lagok ng dugo, at marami ang dinaig ng pagod at pagkahilo.”
