Saṃśaptaka-Varūthinī Saṅgrāma — Binding and Counter-Binding (संशप्तक-वरूथिनी-संग्रामः)
अन्यदस्मै वरं दद्यां श्वेतान् पज्चशतान् हयान् । हेमभाण्डपरिछलन्नान् सुमृष्टमणिभूषणान्
sañjaya uvāca |
anyad asmai varaṁ dadyāṁ śvetān pañcaśatān hayān |
hemabhāṇḍaparicchannān sumṛṣṭamaṇibhūṣaṇān |
Sinabi ni Sañjaya: “Kung hindi niya ituturing na sapat ang gantimpalang iyon, ipagkakaloob ko ang higit pang marangal na handog—limandaang puting kabayo, nababalutan ng mga palamuting ginto at pinalamutian ng mga hiyas na makinis ang pagkakakinis at walang kapintasan.”
