कृष्णेन सहित: पार्थों धार्तराष्ट्री महाचमूम् । अहन्यहनि मद्रेश द्रावयन् दृश्यते युधि,“मद्रराज! श्रीकृष्णके साथ अर्जुन प्रतिदिन हमारी विशाल सेनाको युद्धभूमिमें खदेड़ते देखे जाते हैं
kṛṣṇena sahitaḥ pārtho dhārtarāṣṭrīṃ mahācamūm | ahany ahani madreśa drāvayan dṛśyate yudhi ||
Wika ni Sanjaya: “O hari ng Madra, si Arjuna—na kasama si Kṛṣṇa—ay nakikitang araw-araw sa larangan ng digmaan, itinataboy pabalik ang napakalaking hukbo ng mga Dhārtarāṣṭra.”
