सर्वस्य चाहं हृदि संनिविष्टो मत्त: स्मृतिर्ज्ञनमपोहनं च । वेदैश्व सर्वैरहमेव वेद्यो वेदान्तकृद् वेदविदेव चाहम्
sarvasya cāhaṁ hṛdi saṁniviṣṭo mattaḥ smṛtir jñānam apohanaṁ ca | vedaiś ca sarvair aham eva vedyo vedāntakṛd vedavid eva cāham ||

Mula sa Akin nagmumula ang alaala, ang tunay na pagkaunawa, at maging ang pag-alis ng kaalaman—ang pagkalimot. Sa pamamagitan ng lahat ng Veda, Ako lamang ang dapat makilala; Ako ang may-akda ng Vedānta at Ako rin ang nakaaalam ng mga Veda.”
