भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय २: संजयस्य दिव्यदृष्टिप्रदानम् तथा निमित्तवर्णनम्
Granting Sañjaya Divine Sight and the Description of Omens
अनाहता दुन्दुभय: प्रणदन्ति विशाम्पते । असुक्ताश्ष प्रवर्तन्ते क्षत्रियाणां महारथा:,“राजन! दुन्दुभियाँ बिना बजाये बज उठती हैं और क्षत्रियोंके बड़े-बड़े रथ बिना जोते ही चल पड़ते हैं
anāhatā dundubhayaḥ praṇadanti viśāmpate | asuktāś ca pravartante kṣatriyāṇāṃ mahārathāḥ ||
Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: “O panginoon ng bayan, ang mga tambol ng digmaan ay umuugong kahit walang tumatama; at ang malalaking karwaheng pandigma ng mga kṣatriya ay nagsisimulang umusad kahit hindi pa naikakabit ang pamatok.”
