Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | śikhaṇḍī tu raṇe bhīṣmam āsādya puruṣarṣabham | daśabhir niśitair bhallair ājaghāna stanāntare ||

Translation

Sinabi ni Sañjaya: O Hari, sa gitna ng labanan ay sumulong si Śikhaṇḍī upang harapin si Bhīṣma, ang pinakadakila sa mga lalaki, at tinamaan siya sa dibdib ng sampung matatalim na palasong bhalla.
