तावन्योन्यं महाराज समासाद्य महाहवे । अन्योन्यवेगाभिहतौ निपेततुररिंदमौ
tāv anyonyaṁ mahārāja samāsādya mahāhave | anyonya-vegābhihatāu nipetatur ariṁdamau ||
Sinabi ni Sañjaya: O Hari, ang dalawang bayaning iyon ay nagsalpukan sa dakilang labanan. Sa lakas ng pagsugod at paghampas ng isa’t isa, ang dalawang “tagapagpabagsak ng kaaway” ay bumagsak sa lupa, malubhang sugatan.
