भारत! वहाँ भीमसेनके द्वारा बाणोंसे ताड़ित हुए आपके सैनिक खूनसे लथपथ होकर परलोकगामी होने लगे ।। नकुलः सहदेवश्व सात्यकिश्न महारथ: । तव सैन्यं समासाद्य पीडयामासुरोजसा,नकुल, सहदेव और महारथी सात्यकिने आपकी सेनापर धावा करके उसे बलपूर्वक पीड़ित किया

bhārata! tatra bhīmasenena bāṇais tāḍitāḥ tava sainikāḥ śoṇitena liptāḥ paralokagāmino 'bhavan. nakulaḥ sahadevaś ca sātyakiś ca mahārathaḥ tava sainyaṃ samāsādya pīḍayāmāsur ojasā.

Sinabi ni Sañjaya: O Bhārata, doon din, ang iyong mga kawal na tinamaan ng mga palaso ni Bhīmasena ay nabalot ng dugo at nagsimulang pumanaw patungo sa kabilang daigdig. Sina Nakula, Sahadeva, at ang dakilang mandirigmang karwahe na si Sātyaki ay sumalakay sa iyong hukbo at sa tindi ng lakas ay mariing dinurog at pinahirapan ito.
