भीष्म-पर्व अध्याय १०० — त्रिगर्त-आक्रमण, भीष्म-केन्द्रित पुनर्संयोजन, तथा शक्त्यस्त्र-विनिमय
भ्रातरश्न महेष्वासास्त्रिदशा इव वासवम् | भीष्मके शिविरकी ओर जाते हुए पुरुषश्रेष्ठ दुर्योधनके पीछे सारे जगत्के महाधनुर्धर कौरवपक्षीय नरेश तथा विशाल धनुष धारण करनेवाले उसके भाई उसी प्रकार जा रहे थे
bhrātaraś ca mahēṣvāsās tridāśā iva vāsavam |
Sinabi ni Karna: “At ang kaniyang mga kapatid—mga makapangyarihang mamamana—kasama ang mga dakilang mamamana sa panig ng Kaurava, ay sumunod sa pinakadakila sa mga lalaki, si Duryodhana, habang siya’y patungo sa kampo ni Bhishma, gaya ng pagsunod ng mga diyos kay Indra.”
