Nakula’s Declaration and the Uñchavṛtti Brāhmaṇa’s Superior Merit (Āśvamedhika Parva, Adhyāya 92)
ततो यज्ञसमाप्तौ तान् विससर्ज महामुनीन् | अगस्त्य: परमप्रीत: पूजयित्वा यथाविधि,तदनन्तर यज्ञ समाप्त होनेपर अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हुए अगस्त्यजीने उन महामुनियोंकी विधिवत् पूजा करके सबको विदा कर दिया
tato yajñasamāptau tān visasarja mahāmunīn | agastyaḥ paramaprītaḥ pūjayitvā yathāvidhi ||
Nang matapos ang handog, pinauwi ng dakilang muni ang mga bantog na pantas. Si Agastya, puspos ng kagalakan, ay nagparangal sa kanila ayon sa wastong kaugalian at saka sila magalang na pinahintulutang umalis.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights dharmic completion of a sacred undertaking: after a rite ends, one should honor participants properly and conclude matters with gratitude and orderly leave-taking, not abrupt dismissal.
After the sacrifice is finished, Agastya—very pleased—performs due honors for the assembled great sages and then formally sends them off.
