Transliteration

baladevaṁ puraskṛtya subhadrā-sahitas tadā

Translation

Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: “Noon, inilagay niya si Balarāma sa unahan, at dumating din si Subhadrā na kasama. Ang mapalad nilang pagdating ay upang dalawin sina Draupadī, Uttarā, at Kuntī, at upang aliwin at patatagin ang loob ng mga babaeng Kṣatriya na napatay na ang kanilang mga asawa.”
