Parīkṣit-janma-saṃkaṭa and Kuntī’s petition to Vāsudeva (परिक्षिज्जन्मसंकटं कुन्त्याः प्रार्थना च)
नद्धं च भाजनं राजंस्तुलार्थमभवन्नूप । वाहन पाण्डुपुत्रस्य तत्रासीत् तु विशाम्पते
naddhaṃ ca bhājanaṃ rājan tulārtham abhavan nṛpa | vāhanaṃ pāṇḍuputrasya tatrāsīt tu viśāṃpate ||
Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: “O hari, ang mga kasangkapan ay mahigpit na nakasara at nakatali; at, O pinuno, ang mga kargada ay inayos nang pantay-pantay, tinimbang upang magkatimbang ang bigat. At naroon din, O panginoon ng bayan, ang mga sasakyang panghakot na pag-aari ng anak ni Pāṇḍu (Yudhiṣṭhira), handang magdala ng mga iyon.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights dharmic kingship through careful stewardship: resources are secured, measured fairly, and transported responsibly—order and equity in practical affairs supporting larger righteous aims.
During the Aśvamedha-related proceedings, the narrator describes logistical arrangements: utensils are tied up and distributed into balanced loads, and Yudhiṣṭhira’s vehicles are present to carry these prepared burdens.
