भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण अपने पिता-माता आदिको महाभारतका वृत्तान्त सुना रहे हैं उपायान्तं तु वार्ष्णेयं भोजवृष्ण्यन्धकास्तथा
upāyāntaṃ tu vārṣṇeyaṃ bhojavṛṣṇyandhakās tathā
Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: Nang papalapit si Kṛṣṇa ng angkang Vṛṣṇi, lumabas din upang sumalubong ang mga Bhoja, Vṛṣṇi, at Andhaka—nagtipon upang makinig at tumanggap sa salaysay ng Mahābhārata na kanyang isinasalaysay sa kanyang mga magulang at matatanda, muling pinagtitibay ang pagkakamag-anak, alaala, at dharma sa pamamagitan ng iisang pagsasalaysay.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights the ethical power of shared remembrance: dharma is preserved not only through deeds but through truthful narration and communal listening, which strengthens family bonds, lineage identity, and moral continuity after conflict.
