Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)
ततस्त्वं सम्यगाचीर्णे धर्मेडस्मिन्नरिकर्षण । सर्वपापविनिर्मुक्तो मोक्ष प्राप्स्पसि केवलम्,शत्रुदमन! इस धर्मका पूर्णतया आचरण करनेपर तुम समस्त पापोंसे छूटकर विशुद्ध मोक्षको प्राप्त कर लोगे
tatastvaṁ samyag ācīrṇe dharme ’sminn arikarṣaṇa | sarvapāpavinirmukto mokṣaṁ prāpsyasi kevalam, śatrudamana ||
Pagkaraan nito, O manlulupig ng mga kaaway, kapag naisagawa mo nang wasto at ganap ang dharmang ito, mapapalaya ka sa lahat ng kasalanan at matatamo mo ang dalisay na moksha—ang ganap na paglaya. Ganito ipinahayag ni Vāyu: ang tapat at lubos na pagsunod sa itinakdang landas ng katuwiran ay humahantong sa paglilinis ng pagkatao at sa huling paglaya.
वायुदेव उवाच
Complete and correct practice of the prescribed dharma purifies one from all pāpa (moral demerit) and leads to kevala-mokṣa—pure, unmixed liberation. The verse links ethical discipline with inner purification and final freedom.
Vāyudeva is speaking to a heroic listener (addressed with epithets like arikarṣaṇa and śatrudamana), concluding an instruction by promising the fruit of that teaching: if the listener truly follows the dharma being taught, he will be freed from sin and attain liberation.
