राज्ञां हि विषये येषामवसीदन्ति साधव: । हीनास्ते स्वगुणै: सर्व: प्रेत्य चोन््मार्गगामिन:
rājñāṃ hi viṣaye yeṣām avasīdanti sādhavaḥ | hīnāste svaguṇaiḥ sarvaiḥ pretya conmārgagāminaḥ ||
Wika ni Vāyu: “Ang mga haring sa kanilang nasasakupan ay pinapahamak at pinahihirapan ang mga taong matuwid ay nawawalan ng lahat ng marangal na katangiang panghari. At pagkamatay, sila’y nahuhulog sa hamak na hantungan, sapagkat lumihis sila sa wastong landas.”
