Puṣkara-Śapatha Itihāsa (Agastya–Indra Dispute at the Tīrthas) | पुष्कर-शपथ-आख्यानम्
यातुधान्युवाच यथोदाह्नतमेतत् ते मयि नाम महामुने । नैतद् धारयितुं शक््यं गच्छावतर पद्मिनीम्,यातुधानी बोली--महामुने! आपके नामकी व्याख्या भी मैं नहीं समझ सकती। जाइये, पोखरेमें प्रवेश कीजिये
yātudhānī uvāca yathodāhṛtam etat te mayi nāma mahāmune | na etad dhārayituṁ śakyaṁ gacchāvatar padminīm ||
Wika ni Yātudhānī: “O dakilang pantas! Kahit ipinaliwanag mo na, hindi ko pa rin maunawaan ang kahulugan ng iyong pangalan kung paano ito tumutukoy sa akin. Hindi ko ito kayang tandaan o unawain. Halika—bumaba sa lawa ng lotus.”
