Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)
ततो मां दर्शयामासु: स्वप्नान्ते पितरस्तथा । प्रीयमाणास्तु मामूचु: प्रीता: सम भरतर्षभ
tato māṁ darśayāmāsuḥ svapnānte pitaras tathā | prīyamāṇās tu mām ūcuḥ prītāḥ sam bharatarṣabha ||
Pagkatapos, sa dulo ng isang panaginip, nagpakita ang mga Pitṛ (mga ninunong ama) at inihayag ang kanilang sarili sa akin. Nalugod sila at nagsabi: “Kami ay nasiyahan,” O pinakadakila sa angkan ng Bharata—sa gayon ay ipinahayag ang kanilang pagsang-ayon at pagpapala.
