Suvarṇa-dāna: Kārttikeya’s Origin and the Defeat of Tāraka (सुवर्णदान-प्रसङ्गे कार्त्तिकेय-उत्पत्ति तथा तारकवधः)
मनसा चिन्तिता भोगास्त्वया वै दिव्यमानुषा: । यच्च स्वर्गे सुखं देवि तत् ते सम्पत्स्यते शुभे
manasā cintitā bhogās tvayā vai divya-mānuṣāḥ | yac ca svarge sukhaṃ devi tat te sampatsyate śubhe ||
“O diyosa, o mapalad—anumang ligaya, maging makalangit o makatao, na maisip mo sa iyong puso, at anumang kaligayahang nasa langit, lahat ng iyon ay kusang darating sa iyo at patuloy mong matatamo.”
