श्रीर्वाच दिष्ट्या प्रसादो युष्माभि: कृतो मे<नुग्रहात्मक: । एवं भवतु भद्रें व: पूजितास्मि सुखप्रदा:

Transliteration

śrīr uvāca—diṣṭyā prasādo yuṣmābhiḥ kṛto me ’nugrahātmakaḥ | evaṃ bhavatu bhadraṃ vaḥ pūjitāsmī sukhapradāḥ ||

Translation

Wika ni Śrī (Lakṣmī): “Sa mabuting kapalaran, ipinamalas ninyo sa akin ang mapagkandiling pabor—isang tunay na habag. Mangyari nawa ito; sumainyo ang kagalingan. Sapagkat pinarangalan ninyo ako, ako’y magiging tagapagkaloob ng ligaya sa inyo.” Sa daloy ng salaysay, kinikilala ni Lakṣmī ang magalang na pagtanggap ng mga baka at ipinangakong mananahan kasama nila, upang sila’y maging mapalad at tagapagdala ng kasaganaan.
