इति श्रीमहा भारते अनुशासनपर्वणि दानधर्मपर्वणि विवाहधर्मे पुत्रप्रतिनिधिकथने एकोनपज्चाशत्तमो< ध्याय:
iti śrīmahābhārate anuśāsanaparvaṇi dānadharmaparvaṇi vivāhadharme putrapratinidhikathane ekonapañcāśattamo 'dhyāyaḥ |
Sa gayon, sa kagalang-galang na Mahābhārata, sa loob ng Anuśāsana Parva—lalo na sa bahaging Dāna-dharma at sa konteksto ng dharma ng pag-aasawa—nagtatapos ang ika-apatnapu’t siyam na kabanata, na tumatalakay sa pagtatalaga ng isang kinatawan upang magkaanak na lalaki.
