विप्रवादा: सुबहव: श्रूयन्ते पुत्रकारिता: । अत्र नो मुहतां राजन् संशयं छेत्तुमहसि
vipravādāḥ subahavaḥ śrūyante putrakāritāḥ | atra no muhatāṃ rājan saṃśayaṃ chettum arhasi ||
Wika ni Bhishma: “Marami at sari-saring pananaw ang naririnig sa mga pantas tungkol sa pag-aanak ng mga lalaki. Sa bagay na ito, O Hari, kami’y nalilito at hindi makapagpasya nang tiyak; kaya nararapat na putulin mo ang aming pag-aalinlangan at linawin ito.”
