गोमूल्यनिर्णयः — The Determination of Value through the Cow

बन्दी तु जायते वैश्यान्मागधो वाक्यजीवन: । शूद्रान्निषादो मत्स्यघ्न: क्षत्रियायां व्यतिक्रमात्‌

bhīṣma uvāca | bandī tu jāyate vaiśyān māgadho vākyajīvanaḥ | śūdrān niṣādo matsyaghnaḥ kṣatriyāyāṃ vyatikramāt ||

Wika ni Bhishma: Mula sa lalaking Vaishya, kapag nagkaroon ng pag-iisang lumalabag sa hangganan kasama ang babaeng Kshatriya, isisilang ang anak na tinatawag na Bandī o Māgadha; nabubuhay siya sa salita—sa pagpupuri at pagpapahayag ng iba. Gayundin, mula sa lalaking Shudra, sa gayong paglabag kasama ang babaeng Kshatriya, lumilitaw ang Niṣāda, na ang hanapbuhay ay pagpatay ng isda.
