Strī-satkāra (On honoring women) — Mahābhārata 13.46
तेनैकेन तु रक्षा वै विपुलेन कृता स्त्रिया: । नान्य: शक्तस्त्रिलोकेडस्मिन् रक्षितुं नूप योषितम्
tenaikena tu rakṣā vai vipulena kṛtā striyaḥ | nānyaḥ śaktaḥ triloke 'smin rakṣituṃ nūpa yoṣitam, nareśvara ||
Wika ni Vipula: “Tunay nga, sa iisang tao—si Vipula lamang—napangalagaan ang mga babae. O hari, sa tatlong daigdig na ito, wala nang ibang taong may kakayahang magbantay sa mga dalagang babae sa ganitong paraan.”
