प्रभावात्‌ तपसस्तेषामृषीणां वीक्ष्य पाण्डवा:

Transliteration

prabhāvāt tapasas teṣām ṛṣīṇāṁ vīkṣya pāṇḍavāḥ

Translation

Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: Nang makita ng mga Pāṇḍava ang ningning na isinilang mula sa tapas ng mga rishi, tumindig sila sa mapitagang pagtuon, kinikilala ang kapangyarihang moral at lakas espirituwal na ibinubunga ng disiplinadong pagpipigil-sa-sarili.
